About the award:

The FIABCI Prix d'Excellence recognizes the project that best embodies excellence in all the real estate disciplines involved in its creation. It illustrates concretely the FIABCI ideal of 'providing society with the optimal solution to its property needs' and even mature projects are eligible.

Awarded by an international panel comprising top real estate professionals and experts, the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence rewards overall merit and not just aesthetics, functionality or size.

It therefore represents an outstanding achievement and bestows upon the winner the right to use the coveted exclusive award logo. Winners also gain access to unique international platforms for their projects and companies throughout the extensive FIABCI network of more than 50 member countries and over 110 professional organizations worldwide.

Entrance categories

Projects may be entered into one of the following seven categories, although multi-purpose projects involving several of these categories may be entered in each relevant category.

LEISURE :
Theme parks, sports clubs, marinas, ski resorts, theatres, hotels…

OFFICE / INDUSTRIAL :
Office buildings, industrial estates, factories…

PUBLIC SECTOR :
Projects exclusively financed & developed by the Public Sector

RESIDENTIAL :
Homes, housing complexes, high-rise apartment buildings…

RETAIL : Malls, shopping centers…

SPECIALIZED : Buildings where products and services are offered to the public such as educational institutions, libraries, hospitals, airports, parking amenities…

Why YOU should enter your project

Nominees will be honoured at an official awards ceremony at the annual Fiabci World Congress.

Winners will be entitled to use the prestigious 'FIABCI Prix d'Excellence' logo on their business materials, and will receive extensive international exposure including an advertisement in the Wall Street Journal

Candidates for the award do NOT need to be FIABCI members. Any individual or group of individuals from the private sector (with or without public sector participation) with overall decision-making executive responsibility for an existing real estate project may enter.

Although a candidate project may be a completed phase of a larger project - it must have been completed and fully operational 12 months prior to its being entered for the Prix d'Excellence award.

The awards panel will then determine whether your project is suitable to go forward to the next phase of the awards programe, in which case you will be contacted for more detailed information. Good luck!
