To become a member of FIABCI – Bulgaria, please fill and submit the following application form (click HERE for a copy in PDF format), accompanied by legal current standings of your company, court registration and document for taxes paid. If you are under 35 and wish to apply as Young Member, submit also a copy of ID card. The applications are reviewed at Managing Board meeting and your company will be notified of the decision. The member companies are required to follow and respect the Statutes of the Federation and pay their membership fees on time.

What are the member categories?

FIABCI welcomes institutions and individuals as members.

Institutions

Associations known as "Principal Members"
Corporations, academic institutions, government entities

Principal Members Associations of individuals and/or companies practicing a real estate profession, or providing services to, or associated with, the real estate professions

Regular Members Companies practicing a real estate profession

Corporate Members Companies providing services to, or associated with the real estate industry

Academic Members Academic institutions and professional schools whose curricula include subjects related to real property matters

Public Sector Members National, regional and local government bodies and public agencies

Special Members Companies who are not real estate professionals, but whose activity is connected to the real estate professions.

Individuals

Regular Members Individuals practicing a real estate profession

Special Members Individuals who are not real estate professionals, but whose activity is connected to the real estate professions

Associate Members Individual members of a principal member which join with all of its members

Student members Any person under the age of 25, or any person who is completing his or her full-time education, with a maximum age of 35
